Disability Support Worker – High Intensity & SIL (Coffs Harbour)
Heart&Joy Care is seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join a small, high-performing team providing exceptional Supported Independent Living (SIL) services in Coffs Harbour. Position Details
Location: Coffs Harbour, NSW
Type: Immediate Start | Shift work including active duty and sleepovers
Requirement: Assistant in Nursing (AIN) or Enrolled/Registered Nurse background preferred
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-intensity daily personal care and complex support tailored to individual SIL plans.
Facilitate a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment.
Work collaboratively within a tight-knit team to ensure continuity and excellence in care.
Complete accurate reporting, progress notes, and medication administration.
Mandatory Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Relevant qualifications (Cert III/IV in Individual Support, AIN, or Nursing qualifications)
Proven experience or training in high-intensity support skills
