Hatha Yoga classes are back and running in Moe again. Yay 😁💕

When you take time to connect with your breath, your movement, and the way your body responds, a deeper awareness begins to grow. I guide you to listen, feel, and understand what your body is expressing, so you can move through life with strength, ease, and respect for your own rhythm.
Each of my yoga sessions focuses on slow movements, holding stretches with a lot of focus on the nervous system and gentle breathing. Every class will also end with pranayama and a deep relaxing Yoga Nidra.

Supporting the body with bolsters, blankets and blocks allows the body to reset and activate the parasympathetic nervous systems for relaxation. Infused with Reiki energy you will feel lighter, clearer and balanced.

A little about me….. you all know I love Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga, Komyo Reiki and giving massages. Well, I also love being creative, making glass flowers, little metal birds, concrete mushrooms, mosaic and playing in my garden growing plants.

Enjoying my little break from the world before a busy term ahead.

We are so exited to announce Bhavani will be teaching in our beautiful space, starting Thursday 16th April at 6pm.
Bhavani has been teaching Satyananda Hatha yoga around Gippsland for 25 years.
She offers a wealth of knowledge and experience specialising in Hatha, Restorative yoga, Menopause yoga, Qigong, and Komyo Reiki healing.
Her classes are a gentle and supportive environment to create a deep connection with breath body, mind and energy body. Classes are soothing and allow students to effortlessly release tension and stress, allowing the body to come back into balance and harmony. Each class will include some chanting, flowing yoga movements, gentle stretching, pranayama and a deep relaxing meditation.
