Hari Aum beautiful yogis,

It’s been a while since my last post, but I thought it time to give you all an update on what is happening and coming up with classes and special events that I am a part of in our area. It’s been a slow down period for me, and while winter is still with us, I’m feeling more energised and ready to come out of my seasonal hibernation a little earlier.

It’s been a nourishing time lately spending quality time with family and being super grateful for everything I have in my life. Winter always teaches me to slow down, go within, nourish my body, be in nature and rest that little more deeply so I can emerge in enthusiasm with the coming Spring energy.

I am very excited then to announce a very special 2 day Retreat at the Budgeree Hall in early November that I am helping to organise with 2 amazing women with a passion for yoga, healing and the divine ( Details below with more information coming soon). ❤️

More locally, Yoga in Boolarra on Tuesday nights has started again after a two week break and will be held at the Multi purpose building from 6-7:30pm. Cost $20 per session

Hatha Yoga classes are back and running in Moe again. Yay 😁💕

When you take time to connect with your breath, your movement, and the way your body responds, a deeper awareness begins to grow. I guide you to listen, feel, and understand what your body is expressing, so you can move through life with strength, ease, and respect for your own rhythm.
Each of my yoga sessions focuses on slow movements, holding stretches with a lot of focus on the nervous system and gentle breathing. Every class will also end with pranayama and a deep relaxing Yoga Nidra.
