For those that know me know I’m not pushy when it comes to energy or healings whether your clients, family or friends… I don’t tell you if I think you may need healings and it’s not because I don’t care or don’t want to help in anyway - it’s because energy healings - that assist physically/ mentally/ emotionally/ spiritually… requires a flow from the person receiving the energy and an altered free will - due to someone being told/recommended to have a healing….alters what energy is received.

So I love it when my kids ask for healings or crystals - just like my son did yesterday and again today. Jacob recieved some friendly fire yesterday during his footy game and by the time we got home it was a nasty egg on his brow/eye socket, he knew that along with regular icing, he also wanted some energy healing and crystals to aid in the balance of healing and speed up recovery - so he asked 💖💖💖 if you had seen it last night you would have been sure it’ve closed up fully by this morning…. but not to be 🤩 now Jacob says he’s hardly aware of it 💫.

I’m a big believer in the balance of both medicine/medical practices and holistic healing - so am grateful to be able to assist him with a integrative healing, one not replacing the other but complementing each other ✨💖🦋🌈

How was everybody’s weekend? Mine was massive - I had the pleasure, along with 3 other beautiful souls - to birth our very own Deer Hide Crystal Medicine drum, in Daylesford, under the amazing guidance of the brilliant Leisa from Soul Magick.

We journeyed to connect with our spirit animals and with the use of crystals - our Deer Hide were divinely appointed. We spent the whole first day cutting, aligning, punching, threading, tensioning, weaving and binding our very own drum. Our second day was about deepening our connection to our drum whilst learn the process of shamanic journeying, and how our drums can also assist in chakra clearings. 💫

You won’t see/hear the drum in my healing session just yet…..now home the process is not quite finished yet. We need to do a connection ritual, which involves playing, connecting and journeying daily, for 40 days, to attune in & enhances our sacred bond 💖

Fun day out exploring…. traveling to visit the ‘Great Stupa of Universal Compassion’, about 15 minutes out of Bendigo. This amazing structure is 50 metres square at its base and nearly that high, with its design being based off the Great Stupa of Gyantse, in Tibet. It is the home of what is believed to be world’s largest gem-quality jade Buddha statue and was carved for universal peace. The grounds include a Peace Park, where walking paths weave there way around these tranquil gardens, past monuments, as well as a sapling of the highly sacred Bodhi Tree (that was propagated in 288 BC from the original southern branch of the historical Bodhi Tree in Bodhgaya, India… the exact tree under which Siddhartha Gautama was believed to attained enlightenment. Its documented as the oldest human-planted tree in the world with a continuously recorded history and the sapling itself had a strict two and a half year biosecurity quarantine period when it arrived in Australia), The grounds also have a Bodhi Forest…. surrounding trees, which where cultivated from separate cuttings originally brought to Australia and gifted by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Such a beautiful experience, where you are encouraged to take photos and ask questions about the place & its history. What exploring have you done lately…. Where you’ve gone somewhere you have never been and learned about something you know little about??? Let me know 💫

For weeks, I have felt a push to connect in with some creative energy and even more so with today’s full moon and leading up to the transformative lions gate portal on the 8th.

Please only take what resonates but with this creative energy collectively swirling….I feel our Qi or life force is amplified - there is more fire externally, environmental and also verbal…. aswell as internal like inflammation /abdominal issues /rashes /dry eyes, mouth, skin etc. It is also affecting sleep patterns more and bring up triggers for many to work on - if they are ready to release them…. For some it may be asking for you to actively choose what you what your life to look like moving forwards and if you are ready to make the changes required; whilst for some it’s more so about honestly seeing where your boundaries and non-negotiable are sitting at??? (are you respecting you?? People won’t, if you don’t).

I’ve found using creativity to move with this energy has been a big help, I haven’t always been the artsy or crafty kind…. (knowing this came from self imposed limitations and expectations I put on myself and work). Through healing I have move past this and allow myself to create just for the reason to create and it feels amazing to do this for me.

So are you feeling this energy and have you been pulled to create lately… remembering creativity is expressed in many different ways 💃👩🏻‍🍳🪏🪴🎨🖌️✍️🎤

I love sharing little tips and tricks that anyone can do at home, to help them shift energy that no longer serves and raises their vibration…. One of those tips is to simply dance. 💃🏻🪩🕺🏽. I’m not talking dancing that is choreographed and is all about control. I’m talking similar to esoteric and somatic dance, where it’s not about how your movements look but more about how they feel… to let your whole body lead and allow your movements to be free. It helps to remove any stuck or residue energy and raise your vibrational frequency all at the same time - afterwards often feeling more lighter/freer/grounded/regulated and aligned.

This is how I started my morning off, allowing my body free movement and dancing around my kitchen. I was able to shift stuff sitting in the physical, so not to carry it through my day and into sessions I had with clients.

So next time you feel like your body is stuck/heavy or unbalanced…. Know you don’t have to stay there - Let yourself be intentional with the music you select and try dancing for half an hour, and see how your whole body feels afterwards. 💫
