Winter brew already .

Great Antihistamine ! Antioxidant! Anti inflammatory! 🥰
I used:-
2 X Grapefruits peel/pith only
2X Lemons peel/ pith only
2XLimes peel only
1 X Piece of Ginger
3X Fresh Garlic Cloves
Few Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary
4 X Sticks of Cinnamon

Place ingredients in a large saucepan.
Cover with fresh distilled water.
Cover with lid.
Bring to the boil, then turn down and simmer for 3 hours, leaving the lid on .
Leave to cool slightly before straining and then placing into jars.

Add 1 tablespoon to smoothies or can have as a shot , though very bitter.
You can add Honey, Tumeric, Black Pepper , Cayenne or other medicinal spices.

1x Cup Coconut Water
1/4 Cup Keffir
Pinch of Celtic Salt
1/4 Fresh Lemon
Small Piece of Ginger
2tsp Protein Powder
1tsp Ashwaganda Powder
Small Handful Defrosted Frozen Berries😋
