Create beautiful paper art and origami pieces to be used on a bright and beautiful mural for your school or community! Alternatively, speak to us about using
the designs to create a wonderful pop-up exhibition or installation. Our adults paper art & origami workshops are based around the promotion of mindfulness and creative self-expression. Using simple paper art and origami techniques to create striking decorative pieces and fun origami designs, we aim to create a space where you can experience the benefits of a Mindful Making Practice and discover where more time can be found to cultivate self-compassion while slowing down internal mind chatter. At Auntie Ra-Ra we are committed to building confidence, connections & creativity in a fun learning environment. Our children’s workshops help build resilience & self-efficacy, allow opportunity for creative problem solving, while aiding in spacial visualisation & utilising hands on learning. Kara has training in counselling and wellness coaching, has completed an 8 week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course & holds a current DSCI police clearance. Enquire now for 2018.
