😴 Who Else Didn’t Sleep Well Last Night?

Definitely me. 😂 And mornings like this are exactly when I reach for our Cucumber & Green Tea Eye Gel.

🐻 THE BEARS ARE BACK!

A little family post from us today because this is a pretty exciting moment in our household!

Ken, at 100 years young, has been waiting for this day. His new Perth Bears jersey finally arrived in the mail and he couldn’t be happier. 🐻

His love for the Bears started with his mum and has been passed down through the generations — which makes seeing the Perth Bears heading into the NRL even more special for our family.

At 100, we reckon Ken has to be one of their oldest and most loyal supporters!

He’s got the jersey. He’s ready to cheer. Bring on the Bears! 🐻🏉

🌸 Spring Has Arrived… My Sinuses Told Me 😂

How do I know spring is here? Because my sinuses are completely haywire at the moment! 🤧🌿

This is when I always reach for our Breathe Therapy Perfume Oil, with its beautiful blend of essential oils.

I hold it under my nose and breathe in the aroma, or rub a little onto my chest. I also love using it as part of my bedtime routine when spring has my nose feeling stuffy.

Small enough to keep with me and definitely one of my spring must-haves. 💚
