Community has always been such a big part of our family business, and I thought what better way to give back than to get involved with the Rural Fire Service.

I’m really excited to learn something new, meet some great people and give back to the community that supports us. 🌿

We’re Equilibrium Natural Collections, a small Australian family business with a store in Bowral, NSW, where we handcraft our natural skincare and body products, scented with beautiful essential oils.

🌙 Tilly’s 3 Steps to Wind Down Before Bed

After a busy day, this is my simple 3-step night ritual to help me slow down and switch off. 😴

💙 1. Blue Tansy Body Oil – I massage it all over, especially around my neck and shoulders where I carry all that tension from a busy day.
