I’ve been a lot quieter this year in all ways- turning inward to heal old wounds, communicating deeply with loved ones, finding my way as life transitions to new levels of being… life is always changing and so are we- it’s so powerful to see and feel and welcome the journey with it’s lessons and its blessings… I can truly say that life is beautiful ✨✨✨✨

My yoga practice is what keeps me real… yoga brings me into the moment, brings me back into my body, my breath, my rhythm and my flow. Here I find my balance, connect with my energy and activate my inner strength. When I live from this place of being I find my life flows with natural grace too :)

I’ve been a bit quiet on social media lately… finding that in my down time I need quiet and introspection…. cave cravings… 🥰
