The therapy has the added benefit of leaving ‘one’ calm and relaxed. The principal tools used are Himalayan Singing bowls and Solfeggio tuning forks all tuned to specif

ic notes and frequencies that work synergistically to “tune the mind body and spirit”. Our Group Sound Meditations and Sound Baths offer an array of instruments including the Symphonic Gong. It will take you on a journey within with a few little surprises along the way.
