Hello family and friends,
It sure has been a very different style of living over the last month. I've thought of some things that we can all do that can help us get through our days and will help us physically and emotionally. Some, I'm sure people are doing already which is great.

1. Eating well (at least most of the time) including plenty of fruit, veges and salad.
2. Drinking plenty of water - 8 cups a day is ideal.
3. Being mindful of alcohol intake and keeping days alcohol free.
4. Going to bed at a regular time is very beneficial.
5. Regular exercise - choose exercise you enjoy or relatively enjoy doing, then you'll be more likely to actually do it!
6. Walk barefoot in the grass, every day if possible - really therapeutic.
7. Tackle some jobs you've been putting off. Start small if you like and you'll find your motivation will grow.
8. Take time to do things you enjoy...arts, crafts, reading, gardening, building, creating, relaxing, spending quality and fun time with your family or time with your self which is much needed.
