Having work with youth for 18 years, I supported 100’s of teens experiencing homelessness. I’ve had huge success with helping them move through crisis situations and onto a better path, with the use of specific yoga techniques. Having supported young people experiencing homelessness, I've been trained to understand the developing brain, the impact of trauma and the current issues of this generatio

n. I know how to quickly engage, gain trust and empower them to have more control over their life’s situations. I’m a fully qualified children’s yoga teacher and a yoga therapy specialist.
