Our goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating in their own communities. Pawsonal Support is a small business (sole Trader) that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

Our values are centred around our staff, participants and their families or guardians. Honesty - We are trustworthy and tell the truth to keep our promise to you. Privacy and Confidentiality - This is of utmost importance as outlined in our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure. Development and Improvement - We will identify, with your help, where we can develop projects. We always work to improve our services and to uphold the Service Standards. Your feedback is always valued. Safe and Harmonious working environment - We offer a workplace that provides support, guidance and acceptance to staff and participants.

🐾 A paws-itively wonderful day at Happy Paws! 🐶

Kaylee had a fantastic time getting involved in the activities, from preparing and delivering feeds to spending plenty of time cuddling, patting and playing with the dogs. She also enjoyed practising skills in the agility yard, hand-feeding one of the dogs and helping to feed the cats. 🐕🐈

A beautiful day filled with animals, connection, confidence and lots of smiles!

📚✨ Book Week Fun! ✨📚

Daniel was very excited to show off his amazing Gaster costume from Undertale for Book Week! 🎮🖤

Dressed smartly in his suit, complete with Gaster’s iconic mask and cane, Daniel looked fantastic! It was wonderful to see him feeling proud and confident while sharing something connected to his interests and creativity. 🌟

What a fantastic afternoon for Ruby! 🐐

Ruby and Support Worker Nadine headed out to Urban Buddy Farm, where the highlight was getting to bottle-feed the adorable baby goats and sheep!
Ruby was so excited and absolutely loved this special experience.

The staff URBAN BUDDY FARM + NDIS SUPPORT are so friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable.

Such a fun afternoon filled with smiles, animals and wonderful community participation!
