Our goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating in their own communities. Pawsonal Support is a small business (sole Trader) that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

Our values are centred around our staff, participants and their families or guardians. Honesty - We are trustworthy and tell the truth to keep our promise to you. Privacy and Confidentiality - This is of utmost importance as outlined in our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Procedure. Development and Improvement - We will identify, with your help, where we can develop projects. We always work to improve our services and to uphold the Service Standards. Your feedback is always valued. Safe and Harmonious working environment - We offer a workplace that provides support, guidance and acceptance to staff and participants.

🕯️✨ Pat got creative and spent the day making beautifully scented candles!

From choosing different fragrances to carefully creating each candle, Pat enjoyed exploring creativity, making choices, and developing new skills. The finished candles smelled amazing and were something to be proud of.

🪩💃 Grooving through the decades! 💃🪩 The Date-Ability Project

Bella enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Dateability Disco Night, embracing the fun 70s and 80s theme. The night was filled with music, dancing, laughter, and opportunities to connect with others in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Social events like these provide valuable opportunities to build confidence, develop social connections, and create meaningful community experiences.

Ruby enjoyed a lovely day starting with a peaceful picnic near a local dam 🧺🌿

She spent time watching the bird life and enjoying the calm surroundings, engaging with nature and taking in the fresh air.

Afterwards, Ruby completed a grocery shopping trip, supporting her independence and daily living skills while selecting items for her needs. Kicking goals 🛒

What a FUN and creative day out! Sofie went op shopping to hunt for the perfect outfit and accessories, turning it into a little “treasure map” adventure filled with exploration and excitement 🗺️💫

Beautiful creative moment — recreating a makeup look inspired by a doll 💄💕 bringing together colour matching, imagination, and self-expression.

Lola and Charlotte had an amazing time taking on the challenges at Hijinx Hotel before enjoying a friendly round of mini golf! ⛳✨

The day was filled with lots of fun, laughter, teamwork, and encouragement as they worked together through activities and celebrated each other’s successes. Group outings like these are a wonderful way to build confidence, social connections, communication skills, and create lasting memories.

🦖 ROAR-some Adventures! 🦕

Trent had a dino-mite day exploring Dino Alive! From giant dinosaurs to exciting displays, there was plenty to see, discover, and enjoy.

Lots of smiles, laughter, and prehistoric fun made for an unforgettable community outing. Trent loved getting up close to the dinosaurs and immersing himself in a world from long ago.

Fun Afternoon Adventures with Maci 🏊‍♀️✨

Maci had such a fantastic afternoon filled with swimming, music, laughter, and creativity 💕🎶

After getting organised and independently packing her swimming bag 👜, Maci shared some of her favourite songs during the car ride and treated Julie to some beautiful singing 🎤🎶

At the pool, Maci showed amazing independence, confidently interacting with staff and getting herself ready for a swim 👏🏽🏊‍♀️ We enjoyed plenty of laughs, chats, and even a fun swimming race 😄🌊

It was such a lovely shift full of smiles, confidence building, community participation, and happy moments.

Fabulous day for Bella today! ☀️🦢💛

One of the highlights of the day was visiting Lake Eden where we enjoyed the sunshine, turtles, ducks and the CUTEST baby swans 🐢🦆🦢 We even spent time researching how to tell the difference between male and female swans before trying to spot them ourselves!

The funniest moment of the day though was a very cheeky duck who joined in on a fun game with Bella 😄 We thought this was hilarious and shared plenty of laughs throughout the afternoon!

We also enjoyed visiting the pet shop and RSPCA, sushi for lunch 🍣 and finishing the day with a well-earned ice cream 🍦

A fabulous day full of confidence building, kindness, laughter and fun memories 💛
