Anxiety can quietly impact how we think, feel and move through our day to day lives - often leading to overwhelm, tension or disconnection. The chaotic nature of our modern world amplifies this experience for most people.

Join our Naturopath, Sharna, who has supported many clients on their healing journey with anxiety, in this gentle, guided workshop, where you can find space to slow down and reconnect, gain a better understanding of the physiology behind anxiety, and to learn some tools to help find calm amongst the chaos of life.

We will spend the afternoon sipping on calming chamomile tea while learning about anxiety and the nervous system, before we move into a guided meditation and journaling activity to help with grounding & reconnection to self.

- Someone who wants the best for the community and has a genuine passion for collaborative client support.
- A person who is warm, inviting, compassionate and open minded.
- Ability to support Mental Health Care Plans, NDIS and DVA.
- Experience in supporting chronic health conditions, trauma, family dynamics, addiction and Neurodivergence is encouraged.
- Neurodiverse diagnostics also an advantage.
- A team player that wants to grow alongside our clinic to support the holistic health of our community members.
