I am feeling so glad to be back on my feet and able to do the things I enjoy! Gratitude beyond words, for all the little things 🙏✨️

I'm back in clinic this week, being careful to pace myself so I don't regress, but certainly smiling as I mix herbals and doing what I love 🌸💖

I am no stranger to pain. The past 10 days or so though have been a right doozy, to say the least. I am coming out of the worst of it now, thankfully, but life remains very slow. And I mean really slow, like essentials to living only.

I'm sure I will have more to say on this later, but for now... thank you to my clients for your understanding, I hope to be back in clinic next week.

In the meantime, let this be a reminder to listen to your body & take care of yourselves 🤍🌸🌿

Shall I let you in on a lil secret of the trade? We can't help but notice these things.. sorry, not sorry! What you leave behind in the toilet... the snorts, coughs and gurgles in the shower in the morning as you clear your .. um... excess mucous.... this all gives away an awful lot about the date of your digestive health. Of this sounds like you, perhaps it's time you took that step to get your health in order 😊💚🌿

This may sounds a lil odd, but I'm sharing anyway...

As a Herbalist, I find the depths of winter challenging... it's easy to become disconnected from the medicine.... most of my plant friends are in deep rest and hibernating.... I miss their cheery blooms and enthusiastic growth....There's not much harvesting happening... medicine making is minimal.

This is the seasonal cycle of life.

I know it is good to have this time of reflection and turning inward.

Buuuutttt..... I miss my plant friends!! 😭

They are still there. We still chat. But it's more whispers and quiet nudges.

Today I gathered a small bouquet from the garden and am relishing the sense of joy they bring into my home.
