One of the best feelings for me as a Herbalist, is seeing the change in a client's face after just a few weeks 💚🙏

Their life may still include the same stressors and challenges, but they have been matched with their herbal allies, a personalised herbal formula that holds them, nourishes them & restores them 💚✨️

It warms my heart to see the lightness show in their face & continually reminds me of the power of our beautiful herbs 💚🌿

That's a wrap of clinic for term 3 💚 This tired lil Herbalist has a bit of admin to finish off & orders to fill, then I'll be enjoying some down time with my kiddies for a couple of weeks and recharging for the end of year run 🌸🌿

I am feeling so glad to be back on my feet and able to do the things I enjoy! Gratitude beyond words, for all the little things 🙏✨️

I'm back in clinic this week, being careful to pace myself so I don't regress, but certainly smiling as I mix herbals and doing what I love 🌸💖

I am no stranger to pain. The past 10 days or so though have been a right doozy, to say the least. I am coming out of the worst of it now, thankfully, but life remains very slow. And I mean really slow, like essentials to living only.

I'm sure I will have more to say on this later, but for now... thank you to my clients for your understanding, I hope to be back in clinic next week.

In the meantime, let this be a reminder to listen to your body & take care of yourselves 🤍🌸🌿

Shall I let you in on a lil secret of the trade? We can't help but notice these things.. sorry, not sorry! What you leave behind in the toilet... the snorts, coughs and gurgles in the shower in the morning as you clear your .. um... excess mucous.... this all gives away an awful lot about the date of your digestive health. Of this sounds like you, perhaps it's time you took that step to get your health in order 😊💚🌿
