Feedback from a client today, "I'm so glad we had this appointment today! It keeps me accountable and on track!"

Now... I'm not the type of practitioner who locks you into a regular treatment plan. Wrong or right, who knows, but I do what works for you - your health, your lifestyle & your budget.

This particular client currently touches base every 6-8weeks.

Life ebbs and flows, sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's more challenging.

Our health needs change, depending on the season of life and a myriad of other factors.

Point being, sometimes I see you frequently, sometimes we meet less often, sometimes you call me once a year! We're all different right? No package plans here, just whatever you need right now 💚🌸🌿
