When it comes to running shoes, John Charles knows his stuff 🏃🏽

As a running podiatrist, John works with runners to understand how footwear, fit and comfort can influence the way they run. At our 🆓 Running Night, he’ll be sharing that expertise and cutting through some of the confusion around choosing the right shoe.

Join John, Nicola Davis and special guest athlete Daisy Flockart on Monday 7 September at 7pm.

You’ll also be able to try the latest Puma running shoes on the night, so it’s a pretty good time to have a running podiatrist in the room. Plus go in the draw to win a free pair of Puma runners! 👟

Ever played ladder golf? 🤔 We can confirm it’s far more competitive than it has any right to be 🥴

Every few months we get the team together to step away from the clinic, catch up, and spend time connecting outside of work. This time, we kicked things off with a competitive session of values and identity bingo, followed by a fiercely contested tournament of ladder golf. No Physiosports Group get together is complete without a feast to finish the night off!

These evenings are about more than just having a good time. They strengthen the relationships that help us work better together, and ultimately provide the best possible care for our patients.

Just a few moments from a great night with The Physiosports Group team.

Mick had us convinced he was smashing out one-handed push-ups… until the camera zoomed out. 😂

Wall-assisted or not, every push-up counts!

From 3 June, the Physiosports Group team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event. This year, we’re inviting our Physio Exercise and Strength+ members to join us as we work towards a collective goal of 100–150 push-ups a day across our classes.

It’s a fun way to get moving, challenge yourself, and support a cause that affects so many Australians.

500km. Done. ✅

What started as a goal turned into a test of grit, consistency, and a team that refuses to quit.

We rowed every metre in support of Connor’s Erg and the , raising vital funds for paediatric brain cancer research.

It wasn’t easy. There were tired legs and long days.
But for this cause — and because failure simply wasn’t an option — we got it done.

A massive effort from the whole team (from 1km to 100km 💪).

💛 Thank you to everyone who has generously donated so far.

If you’d still like to support paediatric brain cancer research, donations are still open.
