Living Life Bayside - Randall NDIS Support Worker I’m a genuine guy who enjoys helping people live life while having fun.

I’m practical, hands on and love solving problems, supporting independence, skill building, inclusion, building confidence and living life. I’m practical, hands on, love solving problems, supporting independence, skill building, routine, inclusion, building confidence and living life. Being a jack of all trades, I can help with shopping, appointments, transport, paperwork, gardening, household tasks, community access - all the day-to-day stuff. One minute assembling furniture, the next cooking a BBQ or chilling watching a movie, I don’t just walk in, stare at my phone for 6 hrs, then leave. I enjoy conversation, humour, camping, football, cooking, going for drives, motor sports, bike riding, skiing, dirt bikes, fishing, boating, electric skateboarding, baking bread and helping with fitness goals. I drive trucks, forklifts, scissor lifts, motor bikes, speed boats, jet skis, sail yachts and towed a caravan all around OZ. I’m reliable, funny, calm, a great listener, collaborative, inventive, active, easy-going, capable, dependable, and easy to talk to. Support work feels worthwhile to me because I enjoy helping people do things they may not have had the confidence, or support to do on their own, while feeling comfortable, respected and never judged. I’d especially suit independent adults wanting someone down to earth rather than clinical or formal. I prefer ongoing weekday supports, inclusive of community outings, but can also facilitate overnights, holiday and adventures, and I’m a pretty normal bloke who enjoys keeping busy and having a laugh.
