✨ 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to be the equivalent of around 3 hours of deep sleep 🤍
So many of you have been asking me to share more of these practices online, so here I am… having a go 😊
This is a gentle Yoga Nidra session — a beautiful guided meditation designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind stays softly aware. Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, burnt out, or simply needing to slow down.
I especially love doing Yoga Nidra after breathwork, as the body already feels open, regulated and deeply relaxed ✨
The sound quality isn’t perfect yet, but I’m learning and I’ll keep improving as I go 🤍
