✨ 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is said to be the equivalent of around 3 hours of deep sleep 🤍

So many of you have been asking me to share more of these practices online, so here I am… having a go 😊

This is a gentle Yoga Nidra session — a beautiful guided meditation designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind stays softly aware. Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, burnt out, or simply needing to slow down.

I especially love doing Yoga Nidra after breathwork, as the body already feels open, regulated and deeply relaxed ✨

The sound quality isn’t perfect yet, but I’m learning and I’ll keep improving as I go 🤍

For now, this is simply an offering from me to you.

Pop your headphones on, get cosy, allow yourself to fully rest, and let your nervous system soften for a little while 💫

Just 15 minutes of conscious breathing can shift your entire state ✨

This breathwork session is designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress & anxiety, increase energy, improve focus, and bring you back into your body 🤍

Please avoid this practice if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or any serious medical/mental health condition without speaking to a healthcare professional first.

The active breathwork itself is only 15 minutes — try doing this daily for one week and notice how you feel 🌿

Conscious breathing and extended exhales can help calm the nervous system and support heart rate regulation by activating the body’s natural relaxation response.

Monday night - Rain, wind… and still we showed up 🌊

Monday mornings at 7am don’t stop for the weather — no videos this time (protect the phone 😅), but just imagine this…

Sitting in the rain, breathing deeply… while feeling like we’re under a waterfall. Pure release. Pure presence.

And then Monday evening…

When you think no one’s going to come…7 beautiful souls showed up.

Wind, clouds, the threat of rain… and not one of us cared.Just breath, connection, and the ocean doing its thing and the birds getting in on our energy 🥰 🌬️🌊

This is what it’s about.

Showing up for yourself… no matter the conditions.

🌬️ Breathwork details for anyone curious:

The guided breathwork itself lasts around 17 minutes and includes:
✨ 2 rounds of rhythmic breathing
✨ 2 breath holds

Suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike 🤍



For the rest of May:🌅 5pm sessions (catching that sunset magic)

From June:🌅 4:30pm sessions (still chasing the sunset)

Our last session at the Yaucht club was truly special 🤍✨

A room full of beautiful souls… some new faces, some returning… all coming together to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

There were tears, there were hugs, there was that moment where you just remember who you are again… and honestly, that’s everything.

A full reset for mind, body & soul

These sessions are becoming something really powerful… and I feel so grateful to hold that space each week 🤍

Wasn’t even going to to the beach tonight…

Met this high energy legend just dancing with the sunset… disco balls, music, pure joy 😍

We got chatting, realised we’ve got mutual friends, and just one of those moments that reminds you…
