The girls absolutely loved the Friends Experience! Exploring the replica sets from the TV show and bringing some of their favourite scenes to life was such a fun day out. Plenty of laughs, photos, and unforgettable memories.

Today we explored the little shopping complex at Burpengary East. We enjoyed lunch at Burger Urge before heading over to Ruby Tuesday’s for some amazing drinks. A relaxing day out filled with good food, great company, and plenty of laughs. Sometimes it’s the simple adventures that create the best memories. 🫶.

Laura is almost finished her paper mache bell project. After lots of hard work, creativity, and patience, it’s now down to just a few final touches before it’s complete. We are so proud of the effort and dedication she has put into every step of the project. Can’t wait to see the finished masterpiece.

Today the girls explored Landsborough and Maleny. We stopped at a little café called The Steaming Cup, and the food was absolutely amazing. We then headed off on an adventure and came across hundreds of bats hanging in the trees, which was quite the sight! 🦇

Next stop was Maleny to check out the Mater Prize Home, and wow—it was absolutely stunning. The girls quickly decided that this was where they were going to live, while Donna and I could have the garage. After taking a look at the garage, we certainly weren’t complaining! 😂🏡

The girls loved taking their huge companion dog for a walk. 🐾 He was a very well behaved pooch who listened well to the girls throughout the walk and enjoyed plenty of cuddles along the way. 😍

Laura made a delicious pumpkin soup for her lunches this week, one of her mum’s favourite recipes. She followed verbal prompts and took pride in preparing a nutritious meal to enjoy throughout the week. A great example of developing independence, cooking skills, and meal planning abilities.

Allira cooked her family a chicken and bacon carbonara for dinner tonight. She has made this recipe multiple times and is now confidently remembering some of the steps without needing to follow a recipe. She is displaying growth with her independence, memory skills, and confidence in the kitchen! 🙌.
