It's just a little more challenging for them...

It doesn't prescribe, diagnose, dictate or project.

Instead, it supports wellness by gently bringing to the surface the things that are troubling us... in addition to what lay beneath that.

The welcome mat is one that you placed long ago... and the door... well the door looks a lot like you.

Looking deep into yourself as an unbiased observer is a beautiful thing.

Creating a better life for yourself is an emptying.

We get fixated on the whole "when I achieve this, have that, or finally become "whatever" it is you are telling yourself you need to be"...

None of those things matter if you are not at peace.

What robs you of your peace?

If you are unsure, or can name it but dont know how to trace it back so you can let it go... consider coming and seeing me.
