Six AHA workforce problems we are still trying to solve

The Allied Health Assistant workforce has changed enormously over recent decades. AHAs are now working across hospitals, rehabilitation, community health, aged care, disability and other settings. They support a growing range of allied health services and, in many workplaces, are indispensable members of the team.

And yet, many of the problems identified in research on the AHA workforce years ago will still sound very familiar to AHAs today. Here are six of them:
