🏡 KoalaKare Clyde SIL Development Update
We’re excited to share the continued progress of our new Supported Independent Living (SIL) property currently under construction in Clyde, Victoria.
Over the past few months, we’ve watched this project progress from the initial slab stage through framing, external works, and now into the internal plastering and fit-off stages.
This purpose-built home is being developed to provide a safe, modern, and supportive environment focused on independence, comfort, and quality of life for NDIS participants.
The property will feature:
• 3 participant bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms plus additional powder room
• Multiple living and shared spaces
• Dedicated theatre/lounge room
• Open-plan kitchen, meals and living area
• Outdoor alfresco area
• Spacious modern layout with accessible design considerations throughout
Construction is progressing well, with anticipated completion currently scheduled between July and August 2026.
We’re incredibly proud to see this project continuing to come to life and look forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.
