We're so excited to be a part of something great!

We're working with Northern Queensland PHN and CheckUP Australia on OneNQ, a new 12-month program designed to help northern Queensland health professionals build their mental health skills and confidence, and their own wellbeing.

HWQ's CEO Stewart Gordon says OneNQ "brings together the right people with the right local knowledge to strengthen the health workforce across northern Queensland.".

Whether you're a GP, nurse, allied health professional, peer worker, or practice staff member, chances are you've supported someone through a mental health challenge.

That's why we're excited to about OneNQ – a new 12-month program designed to help northern Queensland health professionals build their mental health skills and confidence, and their own wellbeing.

Developed in partnership with Health Workforce Queensland and CheckUP, OneNQ gets underway in September offering webinars, workshops, networking opportunities, communities of practice, Project ECHO sessions, and face-to-face events across the region 👥

There are also bursaries available to help eligible healthcare workers, support staff, students, and organisations access training, wellbeing activities and OneNQ events.

As NQPHN CEO Ben Tooth said, "supporting our community's mental health starts with supporting the health workforce."
