We are getting ready for Run2Cure with Neuroblastoma Australia 🎉

Last year Aaron had a team of only one. His Aunty Jorja Waters showed up for him while he was at Nanny's for his last few weeks with us. We did have hopes of us all getting there but he was too unwell. This year we want to make it big. We want to go from a team of 1 to 100.

That's a lot and really whatever we can muster will still be amazing but that is the reality of a diagnosis or even just a day in the life of children on treatment. Things go from 1 to 100 so damn quick so I think it's worth giving it a shot.

We definitely want to see as many people to come and support either Aaron or any of our other friends - we know a few other teams have started organising too 😄

The goal is fundraising as much as we can but really for now we are asking for our community to see us. See these kids and run with us.

2025 took too many and sadly this year already is showing us the same. Show them they aren't alone. Their fight was so big it didn't end with them. We will keep showing up for these kids to fight for better treatment and we will find a cure. For now love is a cure for the heartache of those fighting and those we have lost. It's all we have, so with love and a bit of fun let's do what we can 💛

It's perfectly acceptable to cry in public 😅 bloody bawling mess at the op shop. People cry in op shops all the time 😂 I'm sure I'd bought one for you but I remember saying no several times. I'd bought a blue one and you said you wanted both but they were $12.95 so I said another time. I will have to find your blue one. A special song was playing in the shop when I was buying it too. For you my buddy. It feels silly buying stuff for you when you're not here but you loved shopping for things so much and not just for yourself. You would ask for others too. I miss that so much 🥹
