One week on, and we’re still thinking about this day!

The smiles. The nerves before getting in the car. The excitement getting back out. The families cheering from the sidelines. The moments that reminded us exactly why Ability 1000 exists.

A week later, we’ve had time to look back at what was created when participants, families, support workers, providers, sponsors and the motorsport community all came together at the track.

To every participant who got in a race car and gave it a go, you were the reason for all of it.

And to everyone who helped make the day possible, thank you.

On the 11th of August, we're proud to open the 2026 Milly's On Show - Food & Art Exhibition, showcasing a collection of original artworks, ceramics, and handmade food created by the talented artists and participants of Milly's Place.

This exhibition is more than a community event. It's an opportunity to invest in creativity, independence, and skill development.

Every artwork available for purchase directly supports our participants by helping fund future art materials, workshops, creative programs, and opportunities to continue developing their artistic skills. Your support enables our artists to keep creating, learning, and sharing their work with the wider community.

We invite local businesses, community leaders, and supporters to attend, connect with our artists, and discover the incredible talent being nurtured at Milly's Place.
