Do you think you consume enough protein each day?
This will probably surprise you, but you might find that you actually don't! 🙈

As a MINIMUM, you should be consuming 0.8g protein per kilogram of body weight! This amount then significantly increases depending on your physical activity levels and other health goals.

Protein is SO important as it can help regulate hormones, control your appetite, assist muscle growth and repair, support the immune system, and so much more!

Evolution Botanicals Greens Meal Shake can help you bridge that gap on those days that you find you need just a little bit more. ✨

I have been absolutely obsessed with these chocolate baked oats for breakfast these past couple of months. 😍
They're super easy and super versatile, allowing you to change flavours up as you wish (especially with the toppings).

- 1 cup oats
- 2 heaped tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp protein powder of choice (I use vanilla)
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice or water

- frozen berries & dark choc chips for topping

• Put all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
• Pour mixture in dish of choice. (This recipe is perfect for x2 500ml glass dishes)
• Top with frozen berries of choice and choc chips. Fold through if you wish.
• Cook for 35-40 mins on 180° until cooked through and lightly golden on top.
• Eat immediately or reheat the following morning for breakfast or a delicious snack 😋

Are you in your first trimester and struggling to think of snack options to help with nausea? Or do you struggle with just thinking of a good snack option on a day-to-day basis?

Here are a couple of options:
• mini egg & zucchini quiches
• handful of nuts & seeds
• homemade hummus with crackers or vegetable sticks
• baked oats
• chia puddings
• protein balls
• yoghurt (can mix in protein powder) & fruit

P.S. if you are pregnant and can only stomach plain crackers and foods that you think aren't healthy enough, that is SO fine! Eating something is better than nothing at all.
You are growing a little human, be kind to yourself! ✨

Are you worried that if you work with a Clinical Nutritionist that you'll be told to "stop this or don't eat that?"

To help you achieve your health goals, I ensure your treatment plan is achievable and sustainable for YOU. That might mean making a few dietary and lifestyle changes but it doesn't mean you have to give up all of the things you love!

Yes, that means you may still be able to have that glass of wine, ice-cream for dessert, or a piece of chocolate.
It's all about balance ✨

DM if you have any questions or head to the link in the bio to book an appointment. 🌸

Are you on the pill but thinking about starting a family this year? 🤱🏻
The pill depletes important nutrients that play an important role in fertility, the development of a growing baby, and your overall health.
Some of these include:
• Vitamin A
• B vitamins
• Vitamin C
• Vitamin E
• Folate
• Magnesium
• Selenium
• Zinc

That's one of the reasons why preconception care is so important. So you aren't going into pregnancy depleted.

If you want some guidance around coming off the pill or want some help choosing a good prenatal, I would love to support you on that journey! 🤍

DM me or head to the link in the bio if you want to discuss further. ✨
