At Valiant Support, we strive towards a world with a greater understanding and and acceptance of neurodiversity. We aim to empower neurodiverse individuals to build independence, achieve their goals, make friends and access their community. We believe individuals with neurodiversity provide a different outlook on life and are immensely valuable to society. We strive to help participants find their

strengths and build upon them through community and vocational engagement. Valiant Support was established in 2018 in response to a need for effective, experienced and qualified support workers to build independence and support neurodiverse participants. Starting as a one-person operation, employing several casual staff, Valiant Support has since expanded to provide 1:1 mentor and group-based supports; that not only focus on individual skill development, but enforces the use of these skills in social, non-judgemental environments. Valiant Support provide services and home care packages for individuals and are subject to the legislation of the NDIA and NDIS Commission.
