Twenty minutes. That's the whole wind-down. 🌙
Not an hour, not a production, and no part of it involves buying anything you don't already have. Most of it is just switching things off.
1. Turn the big light off. The overhead light is the one thing in the house still insisting it's the middle of the afternoon. Lamps only from here. Free, and the first thing we change.
2. Put the phone somewhere else. Not face-down — face-down on the bedside table is still arm's reach. Another room turns picking it up into a decision rather than a reflex. Still free, still the hard one.
3. Eight to ten sprays of Calm & Relax Magnesium Oil — shoulders, neck, calves. Magnesium chloride with organic lavender and rosemary. Topical, so it goes on the skin rather than through the gut. That's the whole ingredient list.
4. Get into bed before you're tired, not after. The ten minutes between getting in and falling asleep is the wind-down. Reading counts. Standing in the kitchen deciding whether to go up doesn't.
Three of the four cost nothing.
Calm & Relax Magnesium Oil, 200ml, $32.95. Or the full Sleep System, $97.85 — $40 less than buying the three separately.
Which of the four would you actually manage tonight?
Save this. Send it to someone tired. Link in bio.
(Giveaway closes tomorrow night — the question's on the Reel a few posts down, and one honest sentence is enough.)
