We offer Adventure Camps, Activity Days, Recreation Activities, Adventure Therapy and Life Skills Support. Base in Tweed Heads we service in and around the Gold Coast and NSW North Coast. We have headquarters throughout Queensland consisting within Maroochydore, Palm Beach, Gold Coast and Ashgrove. Our headquarters in NSW are based in Tweed Heads within Northern Rivers, as well as Newtown, Sydney.

The team at Champion Mentors have a passion to mentor our participants with the skills required to participate and function in a variety of social settings. Don't limit your challenges, challenge your limits.

Jean Hailes for Women's Health Week is a great opportunity to recognise the incredible women who make up our Vanguard community.

Our workforce is proudly made up of so many amazing women, from the team behind the scenes in our office to the nurses, midwives and healthcare professionals out across Australia caring for others every day.

🌏 Making a difference where it's needed most.

Our Surgical Services team recently travelled to Weipa for a week-long ophthalmology clinic, helping bring specialist eye care closer to communities in remote Far North Queensland.

In just four days, the team delivered:
✅ 33 patient consultations
✅ 24 cataract surgeries
✅ 9 YAG laser procedures

The clinic was not only a fantastic opportunity to support patients with vital specialist care, but also provided an incredible learning experience for the team through a high volume and diverse range of procedures.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the clinic such a success. 👏

💙 A great day with The Fred Hollows Foundation

This week, we welcomed representatives from The Fred Hollows Foundation to Vanguard Health.

We're incredibly proud of the relationship we've built with the Foundation and the work we're doing together to improve the lives of First Nations Australians.

As part of our partnership, The Fred Hollows Foundation is supporting our workforce planning initiative, giving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander medical students and junior doctors the opportunity to attend our Ophthalmology Intensive Trips.
