High blood pressure can often be a silent condition, with no obvious symptoms, so regular check-ups with your GP are important.

Exercise is one of the best ways to support heart health and can help lower blood pressure, improve fitness, manage stress and boost overall wellbeing.

At The Physiology Collective, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists provide personalised exercise plans to help manage hypertension and improve heart health safely.

You may also be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan through your GP, giving access to up to 5 subsidised allied health sessions each year if suitable.
