𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘪𝘵 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘭𝘺 & 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬𝘴.

As a helper, healer, teacher, or therapist, you've spent years helping others see what they can't see in themselves.

At her heart, the Lioness Goddess represents the union of two parts of ourselves we were never meant to separate:

The Lioness — our human self.
The Goddess — our divine self.

𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘯.

Being the Goddess we are isn't about leaving our humanness behind. It's about bringing our human and divine selves back into union — and that means knowing ourselves deeply enough to recognise and release what keeps us from living fully from the heart:
Old stories. Limiting beliefs. Fear. The lower ego.

And here's the tricky part…
We can't release what we can't see.
Sometimes we've lived inside an identity, belief or pattern for so long, we simply think, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘐 𝘢𝘮.

Which is why I had to smile at the timing of the Lioness Goddess arriving. 🦁

The Lion's Gate peaked on 8/8 — but the energetic window doesn't simply slam shut when August 8 passes.

And at 3:45am AEST on August 13 here in Australia, we have a New Moon and total Solar Eclipse in Leo — the 𝐋𝐢𝐨𝐧!

The spiritual themes associated with this year's Lion's Gate and eclipse echo the Lioness Goddess journey & teachings beautifully: releasing old identities, elevated consciousness, courage, authenticity, inner wisdom and transformation.

In other words…

Because as we clear the fear, conditioning and lower ego that keep us bound…
The heart opens. ❤️
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭.

From that union, we open ourselves to the frequencies of:
LOVE. JOY. FREEDOM. ABUNDANCE.

Perhaps that's the real invitation of this Lion's Gate.
Not simply, “What do I want to manifest?”
But…“What am I willing to release so I can receive it?”

And when I say long, I mean loooong. This particular baby has been more than twenty years in the making. 😂

A couple of weeks ago, I shared that I'd been through a long period of descent; stepping back, listening, questioning, releasing and allowing something new to emerge.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬.

Although, perhaps 𝐧𝐞𝐰 isn't quite the right word.

The Lioness Goddess has emerged through many iterations of my work — and more than a few deaths and rebirths of my own over the last several years — as the different threads of my life's work have slowly woven themselves together.

So this isn't simply a new name for this page.

The Lioness Goddess is the home my work has been growing towards for a very long time.

Over the coming weeks, I'll share more of her story, what now lives here and what that means for you, my loves.

But today, I'm simply celebrating her arrival.

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑩𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒃𝒊𝒓𝒕𝒉... 🌹

If you've been wondering where I've been... I've been in the descent.

In my work, I often speak about the journey from Descent to Rebirth—those seasons in life when we're invited to step away from what no longer fits, to question everything we thought we knew, and to allow something new to be born and blossom.

What I've realised is that over the last year, I wasn't just teaching that journey...I was living it.

I stepped back from social media, not intentionally, and not because I'd stopped caring about this work, quite the opposite! But, I just needed the quiet.

I needed to listen. Communion with Divine Feminine Consciousness to be had. Following the guidance and where my work has been asking to go.

Ideas to question. Old identities to release... some things simply can't be rushed.

What has gestated and emerged during this time feels like the clearest expression of my life's work I've ever known.

Over the next few days you'll notice this page changing its name.

Not because I'm leaving the old work behind but because it has finally grown into its true identity.

I'm looking forward to sharing it with you.

EPIC NEWS TIME! LISTEN UP MY DIVINE ROSES!
Have you ever looked back at a moment in time and KNOWN it was the moment your entire life changed? 🌟⚡️

Buckle up, because this week could well be one of these very moments. 🦄

I know. It’s a pretty big promise, but stay with me here, because I never offer something I can’t deliver on. Read this post in full to make sure you don’t miss your big chance.

Here’s the thing:

30 years ago, I was having pretty significant problems with my physical and mental health.

Without spilling the full saga (because who has time for that?!), the gist is this: After a traumatic miscarriage I was consumed by grief. My body was alive, but I was not…I was gone.

My body folded into itself with debilitating migraines, chronic fatigue, depression, and recurring tonsillitis. I couldn’t stand up long enough for a shower, so I would sit on the tiles, silently screaming anguish into the stream of water.

I struggled to go and stay at work, my performance diminished, was noticed, and instead of being supported, I was berated for that. I couldn’t function at home, I struggled to look after my son. I went to the shops for groceries but was so tired I had to leave before buying anything. I couldn’t engage in any family activities because I was asleep to avoid the pain. Food went straight through my body. Then…I had a stroke-like experience which terrified me.

Despite having MRIs, seeing doctors & specialists, trying everything they and I could think of to make things better, even taking my tonsils out, nothing helped! I honestly couldn’t see a way through. I was on the brink of literally giving up.

And then…

The clouds parted…

Right when I thought I couldn’t take another thing going wrong, a friend suggested I explore ‘alternative’ therapies including energy-healing, vibrational medicine, and intuitive readings, and that they promised me a way back to physical and mental health…and a way to find and reconnect with myself!

🤨I was sceptical, no doubt… I’d already tried so many things…
But when you’re up against it, you can’t quit until you’ve tried literally everything... so I gave it one last go.

And I’m so glad I did. Opening myself up to new approaches and fully committing to my transition to heal and become the master of my own life meant a whole, new, exciting inner and outer world opened to me! I finally understood the impact of the events of my past, was able to heal those wounds, and reclaim my power and health.

Because I finally let go and backed myself, my health, my understanding of life, my perspectives, and my sense of inner power completely changed. I reconnected and aligned to my inner light and gifts that had literally been knocked out of me as a child.

I consciously stepped out of the mud of old, limited family patterns and dysfunctional relationships to help others, and share what I had learned as a powerful energy-healer and teacher.

But - time to get raw here - this was not an overnight thing.

There was no magic bullet.

I didn’t sit by the pool drinking cocktails while it magically happened on its own.

I rolled my sleeves up, I became immersed in every course, training, mentorship and books I could get my hands on, trying to put the pieces of the puzzle together.

I was on a quest for knowledge…and it was frustratingly difficult to find the level of information I wanted…but as I found each piece, it was so exciting! 🌟

And so empowering. 💪

For the first time ever, I was being my Real-Self without uncertainty, self-doubt, and fear. I opened up into a new way of being and stepped into an unlimited Universe of Possibility.

I’d freed myself.

While fostering inner happiness is important, this is easy when you’re a monk spending hours INDIVIDUALLY meditating. 🗻

But this belief can be misleading, especially in RELATIONSHIPS. I learned this the hard way. After years of self-work to recover from a traumatic and lonely childhood, I found myself in a relationship where I felt unhappy for far too long, believing it was my fault. I felt like there was something wrong with me, I kept trying to improve myself…and this is far too common…😢

Most of us live and learn in relationships, not in solitary enlightenment. Research shows that our partners significantly impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We form a physiological unit with them, affecting blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, the levels of our HORMONES, and our EMOTIONAL well-being. Even a simple snarky comment has been proven to raise our blood pressure. 😢

Why the change and why the Divine Feminine?

For nearly 30 years, I've been an energy worker and healer, mentoring and teaching others in energy healing techniques like Reiki, energy clearing, and chakra balancing. Alongside this, I had an illustrious career in education as a teacher, university lecturer, and providing professional development for teachers and leaders in schools.

I could never quite mesh these two sides of my life, they existed alongside each other, each taking precedence at different times, and again, more recently, I have struggled to mesh my energy work with my role as a traditional counsellor working with women and couples. However, in these sides of my work, I've noticed a common theme: the imbalance of feminine and masculine energies within individuals and relationships.

This imbalance, which is the long-term repression of our divine feminine energy from living in the energy of a male-centric society, often leads to issues in physical, mental, and spiritual health as well as in personal and relational dynamics. All people have a feminine and masculine ‘sides’, and the repression and undervaluing of feminine energy is a major issue, not just for women, but for men and their relationships as well.

If you’ve been feeling lost, seeking healing. searching for knowledge, knowing there’s ‘more’ to you, to us, the universe…but you’re tired of reading self-healing/self-improvement books, and/or watching thousands of YouTube videos to ’improve’ yourself, but not gaining the clarity, courage, and the confidence to be the Real-You, I am here for you!!
