Hello out there I hope you are well and finding moments to pause and breathe in amongst all the movement of life.
I wanted to share 2 new offerings that I have created recently — practices designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, resilient and connected to your inner strength.
One is a special Ta**us New Moon Meditation Ritual — a deeply nourishing practice inspired by the earthy, stabilising energy of Ta**us. This meditation is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, plant new intentions and remember that growth does not need to be rushed. Ta**us teaches us the wisdom of steadiness, presence, embodiment and trust.
If you have been feeling scattered, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself lately, this ritual is a beautiful way to come home again.

Safe Grounded Strong
A practice centred around resilience, balance and finding steadiness through life’s challenges. This class explores the idea that strength is not rigidity — true strength is adaptability, softness and learning how to move with life rather than against it.
These and other practices (link in bio) are here to support you not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well. Even a small amount of intentional practice can shift how we move through our days — helping us feel more centered, present and connected to ourselves and others.
I truly believe that when we take time to ground ourselves, breathe deeply and reconnect inwardly, we become more capable of living with clarity, compassion and purpose.
