Happy Wintering

Tomorrow we have our last class of Block2 2026 and this morning I am on my mat noticing that am I seeking.

I notice within me there is a need and a wanting.

It doesn’t take long for ‘it’ to land. It is the feeling of yoga. The Bhav - that return to a sense of me - what I know of as my own sense of being. I must admit, these days, my practice looks a little different each day - sometimes a walk in nature and a meditation, some days a prayer, some days a little strength, some days Qi Gong and/or Yoga, somedays it is patience with myself and/or others.

Always though, I am seeking the calm and that sense of connection to myself and life that practice offers.

I trust you are well and that your practice is providing the supports you need in your life today.

I love creating - must be part of my Leo makeup - three creations uploaded over the last little while. Number 1 - A Big Little Life - a chat about stress and the part it plays in our lives, I am by no means the expert - this is purely a chat about stress management and the tools we have in our 'life tool belt'. Number 2 - Sensing the Harmony Within - this is a guided meditation where you are guided into feeling the body as it is - as in Yoga Nidra and we move beyond the physical to sense into our energy field and what support it needs to harmonise right now - this was recorded live. Number 3 - a little Chair Yoga, Strength, Qi Gong play - where we build capacity for life! Love yas Ax.

Hello out there I hope you are well and finding moments to pause and breathe in amongst all the movement of life.

I wanted to share 2 new offerings that I have created recently — practices designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, resilient and connected to your inner strength.

One is a special Ta**us New Moon Meditation Ritual — a deeply nourishing practice inspired by the earthy, stabilising energy of Ta**us. This meditation is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with what truly matters, plant new intentions and remember that growth does not need to be rushed. Ta**us teaches us the wisdom of steadiness, presence, embodiment and trust.

If you have been feeling scattered, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself lately, this ritual is a beautiful way to come home again.

As part of our current theme of Bend Don't Break:

Safe Grounded Strong
A practice centred around resilience, balance and finding steadiness through life’s challenges. This class explores the idea that strength is not rigidity — true strength is adaptability, softness and learning how to move with life rather than against it.

These and other practices (link in bio) are here to support you not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well. Even a small amount of intentional practice can shift how we move through our days — helping us feel more centered, present and connected to ourselves and others.

I truly believe that when we take time to ground ourselves, breathe deeply and reconnect inwardly, we become more capable of living with clarity, compassion and purpose.

I hope these offerings support you wherever you are right now.

There seems to be a lot going on in the world.

What is real?

What is true?

What I do know is that I am alive and if you are reading this, you most probably are too. This is true.

So here we are - living - what to do????

Continue living our best life in the greatest way we possibly can!!!

Reflecting on why we do what we do can be helpful. Checking in with our why can be clarifying for truth seekers!

Why do you live the way you live?
Eat what you eat?
Make the choices you make?
Set the boundaries you set?
Read, watch, create......... the list goes on. If you feel strongly about something, if it makes a strong positive impact on your life - then ......

What is having a strong positive impact in your life right now??? Where is the truth in this question?

There are so many ways to create a good life, sooooooo many ways and when it comes down to it, perception and perspective hold power.

How we see the world and how we proceed in this world is everything.
