Expect to suck. Expect that you probably will fall off. Remember the first time you learned to ride a bike, or put on roller skates?

Imagine if someone had told you - you will get this perfect STRAIGHT AWAY, and if you don't, you should leave this sport forever, hanging your head in shame.

And yet this is what so many business owners do to themselves! Through their own internal narrative. And it's heartbreaking.

If you try something and it royally sucks, or you fail. It doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong, it just means you’re doing something that actually matters.

This is destiny-level work. Every successful startup, without exception, had a phase where the founder acted, thought, and believed before there was evidence.

From the outside it looked delusional and people laughed at them. Think about Netflix? BLOCKBUSTER laughed them out of their offices! Now look where they are... Or maybe look where they're not?

If you wait to feel certain, and you know you're definitely guaranteed to win and succeed, you’ll never move, and then you'll not have made enough bold and audacious moves to add up to the thing your soul is crying out to do in this world.

Momentum is built by people willing to take a bet on themselves, wobble publicly, and keep going anyway. Remember my darlings, the more repetitions you do, the more you alchemise your own doubts, and the more you become a match for everything that you're calling in.

So keep going, keep falling off, and keep getting back on. Before you know it - you won't even have to think about it. You'll be coasting, and maybe even teaching scores of others how to believe in themselves non stop, too.

Scaling a breathwork practice is not about doing more sessions.

It comes down to scaling your business assets, so they do the work for you, without requiring your live presence. That's why I love breathwork. Because even when you're sleeping, your running on the beach, or you're playing with your kids or wrestling with your cavoodle, you can still be changing people's lives with your recorded, transformational practices.

I remember recently I was on a call with my client and I asked him, Do you want to do it the easy way, or the hard way?

He said, "the easy way, please!"

Most people think their limitations are something to think their way out of.

They journal about them.
They analyse them.
They wait until they feel “ready.”

But that’s not how limitations reveal themselves.

They show up when you move.
When you lead.
When you step into responsibility.
When you say yes to teaching, holding space, being seen.

In Breathwork Teacher Training, this becomes obvious very quickly.

You don’t discover your edges by staying comfortable.
You discover them the moment you commit to something bigger than who you’ve been.

The hesitation.
The fear of getting it wrong.
The nervous system wobble when someone else’s emotions are in your hands.
The part of you that wants to retreat instead of stay present.

That is the work.

Not as a problem.
Not as a personal failing.
But as information.

Because when you move toward what you want to offer, your system naturally exposes what can’t come with you.
And breathwork gives you the pathway to meet those edges without bypassing them.

This is how healing actually happens.
Not by hunting for what’s wrong.
But by letting purpose apply the pressure that reveals it.

So if you’re wondering what’s holding you back, don’t overthink it.

Choose the path that stretches you.
Choose the role that asks more of your nervous system.
Choose the version of you who is willing to lead before everything feels tidy.

What you meet along the way won’t stop you.
It will shape you.
And eventually, it will become the very thing that makes you a powerful, grounded, trustworthy teacher.

This is how facilitators are made.
Not by perfection.
But by presence under pressure.

If life feels compressed right now,
like the edges are closing in,
like you’re being asked to meet yourself in ways you never have before,
I want you to hear this clearly.

Nothing has gone wrong.

This is what happens when you’re preparing to hold others.
This is what happens when your nervous system is being upgraded.
This is what happens when you’re no longer meant to play small, safe, or familiar.

Facilitators aren’t born from comfort.
They’re shaped through expansion.
Through responsibility.
Through learning how to stay present when certainty disappears.

When you’re building something that doesn’t yet exist,
there’s a phase where the ground feels unstable.
Not because you’re failing,
but because you’re pioneering.

You’re learning how to anchor yourself without external reassurance.
How to lead without needing constant validation.
How to regulate when things feel intense, unknown, or unfinished.

This is the work beneath breathwork.
Before the sessions.
Before the techniques.
Before you ever hold a room.

So don’t fixate on the fear.
Don’t obsess over how it’s supposed to look.
Pay attention to who you’re becoming in the process.

You are being trained by life itself right now.

And as long as you are still breathing,
still listening,
still choosing to stay in the work,

You are not behind.
You are not failing.
You are needed.

Momentum is officially SOLD OUT and I was in tears literally at the heart of the facilitators in this mastermind.

These leaders give their work away for free, and have... sometimes, for years, because of how deeply they care for the world, and all its furballs and crawlies too.

This is the deepest work for heart-led facilitators because they have to receive abundance that only amplifies their message. But also increases the likelihood of misunderstanding of their purpose.

Their ability to stand against the tide of public backlash and go where their hearts are leading them, to higher echelons of service is the air in my lungs and the fire in my soul.

She came to me because her whole social media had been wiped out, and she’d been unwell.
What a sucky situation to be in.

She was a powerful facilitator, who was making a big difference in her local community, in-person.
But she was also a little bit pi**ed.
Because she knew she could do even more, but the gods of social media had barred her from the impact, and income she desired to create.

Don’t get me wrong, her group events were magnetic. People came looking for more. But she was resisting social media because it had been such a prick to her in the past, deleting her entire account.

Enter the scene: Eccentric, spell-bindingly good-looking asian with a kiwi accent. (That’s me by the way)
We had a few conversations, and she ended up doing my online container. I offered her some business mentoring because truthfully, I was so inspired by her drive to take her shamanic work into the online space.

And I could feel how many people’s lives would change, because she was willing to meet the social & tech block head-on, and break through her own limitations around her health and ability to be consistent.
I helped her design her group container and gave her access to our social media dm funnel flow, holding her lightly accountable to implementing it weekly.

A month or so after the container - Within a couple of weeks, she created her first $10k revenue month, and a month or so later - paid out her entire agreement with me in full.

I think the coolest thing though - was watching her confidence and lightheartedness soar. Hearing her share in voice notes, or in text, how happy she was.
And excited.
And uplifted. Because she had overcome the tech gods, and was fulfilling her soul’s mission.

There’s nothing better than living life without excuses, but instead - in living in the expansion of your spirit.

People were trippin’ balls with me, during my breathworks.

I remember one guy said he jumped through the enormous eyeball of a whale. But me?
After teaching for years, I still hadn’t had a psychedelic experience through breathwork at all.

After years of feeling like a fraud, I just let go of the attachment to making that mean anything negative about my embodiment as a coach and breathwork trainer.

Just like you’re about to let go of the attachment - that even though you’re amazing at helping others make more change, impact and money in their lives or businesses…

And for a weird while - haven’t been able to amplify yourself…

You are not a fraud. And there is abso-freakin-lutely, nothing wrong with you.

I did a backflip off a rope swing a few days ago, and I am COVERED in bruises.
I yelled, “My body is hurting,” up at my husband from the bottom of the waterfall, and then proceeded to backflip 2 more times, cause…
I wasn’t going to let myself give up that easy!

Anyway this got me thinking about how we as coaches are bruised and battered by a slew of lies about how you have to do business…
And that
Many of us have been living in a lie. And boy, is it a doozy!

The lie says you have to choose:
Option A: Hustle hard and burn yourself out... Sacrificing your health, your relationships, and your peace along the way.
Maybe get rich… But definitely burn yourself out and end up hating your life.
Option B: Surrender everything and go live on a mountain.
Meditate for six hours a day to (hopefully) find your soul.
Drains your savings and end up homeless.

But my Love, I’m here to tell you -
There’s a third option -
The one where you're not grinding yourself into the ground to prove you’re good enough, OR spiritually bypassing your bills and family responsibilities.
The one where you make more money while taking more time off.

I know, crazy right? I’m literally writing this email after a $50k+ cash month where I only worked two 4-day weeks across the 30 days.
I wouldn’t have believed it either.
Keep reading.

Where you build a business that actually supports your nervous system instead of frying it.
Where you create impact that energizes you instead of draining you.
Where you finally stop feeling guilty for wanting both abundance AND alignment.
I'm living proof it's possible.

I have a confession to make…

A few of you already know my tale of woe - I spent years working 18 hours a day, 29 days a month.
I told myself it was “fine”, because “I was saving the world…”
But really - I was just trying to prove to myself that I was doing a good job.
And I did have what most people would call financial “success” from the outside.
But it left me completely burnt out, and I started to feel like I'd sold my soul.

So I did what any burned-out achiever does…
I ran away.
I hid from the world in a 10 day silent retreat and licked my wounds until I could find my heart again.
Then I spent a year trying to “rest” and heal some of my work-guilt,
And, as you'd expect, my business nosedived.

Those months away made me realize that hustling just for the sake of hustling is one of the most heartbreaking things, we as entrepreneurs normalise…
And it could never make sense to me.
But I also knew I couldn't just sit still in vipassana for the rest of my life. (I tried that - I really did).
There had to be another way.
And I found it.

Once I paired my soul-guided calling and manifestation practices - with planning and structure, consistently - everything changed…
It allowed me to go on holidays and come back richer.
Not just financially, but spiritually too.

Once I found that alignment I started to make more money than I'd ever thought was possible for me before… while having more time off than ever before.
And most importantly - I now had the energy and resources to make more of an impact, one that could save the world.

Reaching and serving more beautiful souls like you - the leaders, facilitators and coaches, all around the planet.
It's where I finally stopped avoiding what I feared and instead, I let aligned action flood through me.
