Our service areas are: NSW and QLD (Gosford, New Castle, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tweed Head, Hervey Bay and all the surrounded areas).

We had a go at making little paper pumpkins today! 🎃

Just some orange paper, a bit of cutting and folding, and we ended up with these cute pumpkin decorations.

They all turned out a little different, but looked pretty good hanging up together!

Our October Community Pantry was another great day! ❤️

We had some lovely music and dancing, plenty of smiles, and of course, our free food giveaway!

A big thank you to all our volunteers for helping out, and to everyone who came along.

It was lovely to see you all again!

A little flower picking, vase decorating and flower arranging made for a lovely morning together. 🌷

Everyone created something completely different, and that was the best part. A simple activity, plenty of creativity, and some beautiful flowers to take home. 💛

Today everyone created their own vase from start to finish — shaping, painting and making it completely their own.

No two pieces looked the same, and that was the best part. 💛

🎉🌭 Fathers Dayat Amazing ProCare !

What a better way to celebrate Father's Day than with a good old-fashioned sausage sizzle, games, trivia and plenty of laughs !🤣
We had a fantastic time getting together, enjoying some great food and putting everyone's trivia knowledge to the test 🧠
But one of the highlights was a question we asked everyone
"What advice would you give your younger self".
The answers were thoughtful, funny and wise.

▪️Treat people how you want to be treated
▪️Study more
▪️Invest in cheap housing in cheap areas
▪️Travel
▪️Laugh more

Today we made dumplings from scratch — mixing the dough, rolling the wrappers, folding them by hand, and enjoying them together at the end. 🥟

There was plenty of learning, chatting and laughing along the way, and even a few dumplings packed up to take home.

Sometimes a simple afternoon of making food together is all you need for good conversation, connection and a bit of fun. 💛
