Usui Reiki Level 1 is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the gentle yet powerful practice of energy healing.

During your Reiki Level 1 training with Heart & Soul Woman, you will be introduced to the beautiful practice of Usui Reiki, receive your four attunements, and learn how to work with Reiki energy for your own wellbeing and to share with family, friends and others.
