Run & Recover next Sunday 🏃‍♀️

We’ve teamed up with for our next Run & Recover event. .1 will lead us through a warm up and then into a 5km run loop. After the run, we’ll head into the bathhouse for sauna, contrast pools and ice to flush the legs and end the week feeling fresh.

Sauna Aufguss at Vikasati

Your sauna ritual, taken to another level. A guided 15 minute round where the heat is dialled in, the towel artistry drives a wave of hot air and curated scents through the room, and the crew around you support you through the experience.

Aufguss is one of the oldest sauna traditions in the world, and it's quickly becoming a favourite amongst the Vikasati community. If you haven't tried it yet, we've got our upcoming dates locked in below:
