How to Enter:
✅Follow the account .duque on Instagram.
✅Tag two people living in Australia in the giveaway post.
✅Share the giveaway post on your Instagram stories and tag .duque.
⚠️Each participant can only enter once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Eligibility:
a. This giveaway is open to all of Australia.
b. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Giveaway Duration:
a. The giveaway begins on 18th July 2023 and ends on 30th July 2023.
b. The selection of the two winners will take place on 30th July 2023 and will be notified through an Instagram direct message.
Winner Selection:
a. The two winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.
b. Winners will be notified through an Instagram direct message within three days after the selection.
Prize:
a. Each of the two winners will receive a free tattoo in the style of the tattoo artist.
b. The first winner can choose a tattoo of up to 8 cm in size, while the second winner can choose a tattoo of up to 5 cm in size.
c. Both tattoos will be done at the tattoo studio in Brisbane, Australia.
d. Tattoo designs and placements are subject to the approval of the organizing tattoo studio.
e. The prize does not cover tattoo cover-ups.
Winners' Responsibilities:
a. Winners are responsible for scheduling an appointment with the tattoo studio in Brisbane to have the awarded tattoos done.
b. Winners must comply with all health and safety policies and requirements of the tattoo studio during the tattooing process.
c. Any non-compliance with the above-mentioned rules and requirements will result in disqualification.
Changes and Cancellations:
a. The tattoo studio reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
b. The tattoo studio reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
c. In case of cancellation, neither Instagram, the tattoo artist, nor the tattoo studio will be held responsible for any misunderstandings or complications related to the giveaway.
