☀️ How often should you get a skin cancer check in Queensland?

Short answer from Dr. Mark McDougall at Springwood Mall Medical Centre:

✅ Once a year – for most adults
✅ Every 6 months – if you've had skin cancer, many moles, or family history
✅ Every 3–4 months – for previous melanoma (doctor's advice)
