‘YOU OUGHTA WATER…’
It is soooooo important to stay hydrated and yet it is often one of the first things that we let slip in the busy-ness of our days!
This challenge is always great to reset and focus on making sure that we are hydrating well and drinking enough water each day.
I never leave home without a water bottle each for each of the kids (as it would end in a ‘thirsty’ first world disaster) but I often leave home without one for myself - one of the things I am focusing on this month is to make sure I stay as hydrated as my kids.
YOU OUGHTA WATER challenge:
1. Try drink 2-3 glasses first thing in the morning
2. When you think you’re hungry throughout the day grab a glass of water first (lots of people misread thirst for hunger )
3. Try some infused water to help increase your water intake.
Note: I will be sharing load of my fav infused water ideas over on instagram throughout the month so follow along & try some out!
