Why colonics are so much more than just constipation relief. 💩Stress, trauma, emotional health it all plays a part. At our clinic, we treat the whole body, holding space and allowing you to let go. I got 5 hugs after my sessions yesterday…. You can’t put into words the gift it is to take someone’s burdens away. To feel lighter, in every sense. Yes, the poo videos are fun to watch (and even better when it’s your own!!) but the real magic is the mental shift that comes after. It’s why people float out of the clinic with a big smile on their faces.

It’s hard to believe it’s been 8 years since we opened Bayside Colonics. This clinic quickly transformed into something I never imagined possible - a busy, thriving hub for wellness and gut health. But even more than that… the beautiful community that it is today. ❤️ I’ve had the pleasure of walking through motherhood and growing my family alongside you all. From opening day at 35 weeks pregnant to now nearly celebrating his 8th birthday - so many of you have come into our lives and stayed for the ride.

The beautiful therapists who have joined our BC family also make us what we are today. The collective hive of love, inspiration and empowerment is the energy that people can feel when they walk in our doors. The true love for what we do.

It’s such an honour to work here and serve you all. 🙏It truly shows that with a lot of hard work and passion, anything is possible. And that’s what I want to show my kids.

We are now looking forward to welcoming 2 more bayside bubs this year, with 2 mothers returning to take their place and that makes us so happy. Helping mums to thrive is also something I am so passionate about - so mama’s and dads you are always welcome here. Even if it’s for a cuppa and a hug on a tough day.

We’ve had plenty of those too. You probably don’t see all the behind the scenes, the late nights, the weekends, the juggle, the time and energy our entire family puts in to make this place possible over the last decade. But we are here. Still showing up smiling with much gratitude as a little united team.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all so much for supporting our little family business that has given us so much joy.
