Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, have a chat & take part in our jellybeans guessing game this weekend. It was such a pleasure connecting with so many wonderful people.

We had so many entries ranging from 50 all the way to 1275. It was fascinating seeing the different methods people used to estimate their guesses we love seeing how people’s minds work.

Thank you as well to everyone who has recently followed us on our socials. We truly appreciate the support & love having you here.

Today at the Disability Connection Expo we had the privilege of meeting so many incredible individuals, families, providers & community members who all share the same goal of supporting people to live the life they choose with the right supports around them.

The conversations, the stories and the energy in the room were powerful. This is the kind of HCSS energy we love to see and the kind we want to spread.

Tomorrow we do it all again.

As we enter into Christmas tomorrow we recognise that this time can be quieter for some and that is okay.

Gentle activities like going to the movies or watching a favourite film at home taking a calm walk listening to music, journalling reading or simply sitting in a familiar space to reflect can offer comfort & routine. Small moments of care still matter.

Support looks different for everyone and we are proud to walk alongside people in ways that feel safe meaningful & respectful.

As we move through the festive season we are incredibly privileged to support you in celebrating your achievements throughout the year.

From the dedication and growth of our clients to the care consistency & commitment shown by our support workers these moments reflect the power of genuine connection and person centred support. Together we have celebrated progress milestones friendships and meaningful community participation.

We are truly grateful for the trust our clients place in us and for the heart & passion our support workers bring every day. As the year comes to a close we look forward to continuing this journey together and all that the new year will bring for our HCSS community.
