I was told surgery was my only option left.
For nearly six months before that, I couldn't work. Couldn't walk. I couldn't even stand.
I'd tried the usual things. Nothing was sticking. So when a surgeon said "this is the next step," I understood why.
It felt like there was nothing else left to try.
Then something else came along. So I gave it one last shot.
A treatment focused on reactivating deactivated (atrophied) muscles, ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต just the pain itself.
Slowly, my body started coming back online. No surgery.
Just consistent, targeted work on the actual ๐ด๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ค๐ฆ of the problem.
I'm not saying surgery is never the answer, for some people, it is. But if you've been told it's your only option and you haven't explored what's happening at the spine and nervous system level first, I'd want you to at least know this path exists. I wish someone had told me sooner.
That experience is the reason Spine Frequency exists.
If you're weighing up a decision like this or just want to understand your options, before you commit to anything irreversible, let's have a chat.
I've included a booking link in the comments.
