Here’s the game plan:
🔥 3 rounds of:
Squats x 12 (bodyweight or with weights if you’re feeling fancy)
Push-ups x 15 (bring the heat!)
Bent-over rows x 12 (for that strong back)
Plank hold 30 secs (core locked in!)
Deadlifts x 10 (full-body power move)
Rest 30-60 secs between moves, keep it tight, keep it controlled. Perfect warm-up before cheering on your team! 🏆
