When life throws you lemons, community is everything!

Our team were grateful for the support provided by the lovely people from Springsure Information Centre who helped them get in contact with Springsure Hospital and Rolleston Medical Centre after a piece of testing equipment malfunctioned mid-clinic.

The incredible nurses from both towns lent us what we needed to continue providing our mobile PSA blood tests to the many country blokes who had come out for their check.

A special thank you to Springsure Police Officer Nathan who also provided much-needed transport support. It was a collective effort by all to ensure those in need of this vital care were still able to receive it.

Thank you to our Foundation Partner, Arrow Energy, for the opportunity to be involved in the Murilla Women’s Wellness Day this year. It was an incredible event that celebrated local women and strengthened community.

We provided over 20 free health checks to attendees, giving them a better understanding of their blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels.
It was a pleasure to hear inspirational stories from so many women. Until next time!

Did you know our specialists often deliver face-to-face education events for rural and remote healthcare professionals?

Dr Tewari (Geriactic Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist), Dr Franco (CT Specialist and Imaging Cardiologist), and Dr Bhuiyan (Cardiologist), hosted our most recent education dinners in Longreach, Dalby and Stanthorpe.

Between them they presented to over 30 rural healthcare providers on the latest medical updates in their fields.
