The people around you can either make you question yourself or remind you of who you are.
Your environment matters more than you realize.
Spend enough time around people who constantly criticize you, and you may start believing their voice is your own.
But spend time around people who believe in you, and something changes.
You start thinking bigger.
You become more confident in taking risks.
You feel comfortable being yourself instead of constantly trying to prove your worth.
The right people don’t have to agree with everything you do.
Sometimes, they challenge you.
But they challenge you because they want to see you grow, not because they want to see you fail.
Look for people who celebrate your progress without competing with you.
People who support your dreams without making you feel foolish for having them.
People who motivate you when you feel stuck.
People who appreciate you for who you are, not just for what you can do for them.
And remember, relationships work both ways.
Don’t just look for people who uplift you.
Become someone who empowers, supports, encourages, and believes in others too.
