➡️ Up to 70% of ADHD and autistic adults experience intense, rapid shifts in mood that are a core part of their neurobiology.

We’re excited to introduce Sebastian Grandidge!

Sebastian is a Provisional Psychologist who brings extensive experience across the mental health and NDIS sectors. Whether he is working with children, families, or older adults, Sebastian’s practice is firmly rooted in the principles of equity, respect and autonomy.

He offers therapy for anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as NDIS daily living skills. Sebastian is also passionate about providing neuro-affirming support for ADHD, Autism and FASD.

As a Registered Play Therapist, Rachael specialises in helping children navigate big feelings, particularly around parental separation and family changes. Using evidence-based tools like CBT and ACT, she creates a safe space for young people to thrive.
