RESTORATIVE YOGA
@ The Clubhouse Moorooka

First SUNDAY of the month - next session 7 September

1.00-2.30pm (1 ½ HOURS)

This is a gentle, slow-paced yoga session nurturing deep relaxation in the body and sense of calm and ease in the mind.

During the session you’ll be led through a series of relaxing poses each of which are held for about 3-5 minutes. Props including blankets, blocks, and pillows will be used to support the body throughout the session.

Friday morning YOGA 9-10am

This is a gentle flow yoga session to nurture strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. Grab a cuppa after class at Bean on the Green.
