📍 How does prescription ordering work..?

Depending on the product, we can easily send you a link (like an e-script) with your prescribed products, which allows you to easily, self-order what you need online from our suppliers, when you need. It’s that easy.

📍 What to expect…How does this all work..?

👉🏻 Once you’ve booked a consult online, you will receive a (quite) long intake form a day before your appointment

👉🏻 Take as much time as you can to be as thorough as possible with this - this helps to build a super detailed case, so you get the best out of the consult

👉🏻 You receive a Telehealth link via email. You click this link a couple of mins prior to your appointment time

👉🏻 We chat - and chat - and chat - and chat

👉🏻 Discuss diet, lifestyle, physical/emotional health, environmental factors, medical history, medications, supplements, past, present, and goals/expectations

👉🏻 Set plans in place, relative to the above, setup prescription ordering if required

👉🏻 Schedule time for follow up

👉🏻 Payment - via stripe. Can send invoice for any private health rebates to be claimed manually

👉🏻 Email follow up any records, docs or other info

👉🏻 and you start your easy, straight forward, informed new path to better wellness

Been a little MIA (busy) lately .. but back to get some common questions answered.

➡️ Initial consult - $230 (approximately 75minute Telehealth)
➡️ Follow up - $110 (approximately 45minute Telehealth)

➡️ New client > Initial consult
➡️ Repeat client > Follow up consult
➡️ Repeat but not had an appointment in over 12 months > Initial consult
➡️ Report review only > Report review consult

This is to ensure your medical history, and current health status details are as up to date as possible. As you know, health is not static so we need to ensure we can capture as much info as possible through your intake forms, and consultation.
