Hi Lovely M&G Customers!

We’re pressing pause for a few days to recharge, but don’t worry we will be back and orders will be shipped on our return!

The last day before the cut-off time will be 12pm Tuesday 22nd July.

From then any orders placed after 12pm 22nd July until 29th July will be dispatched when we return on Wednesday 30th July.

During this period, our online customer service team will still be working 9am-3pm and will be available to assist in placing orders, answering product related questions, industry discount applications and help with any studio/booking enquiries. Feel free to email [email protected]

As Cyclone Alfred continues to intensify and move closer to our area, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our store from March 6-7, 2025 to prioritize the safety of our team, our customers, and the community.

All in-store operations will be paused during this time. We are closely monitoring official updates from local authorities and weather agencies, and we aim to reopen on March 11, 2025 or as soon as it is safe to do so.

As a lot of your know, Makeup and Glow has been on limited hours for Jan and Feb due to some medical leave of our owner… But during this time we have also been working on some exiting new changes!!!

First of all, our old landline number will be turned off from 28th February and we have a new mobile number (which is already connected) so you can call and text us!! We think this will streamline communication moving forward and make getting in contact with us, so much easier :)

We also want to announce- Makeup and Glow is moving!!
Again so many of our local customers would know, our Minimine Street store location was sold last year and they plan to use and develop the space…. so we can’t stay :(

It has been a LONGGGG process trying to find a space. Rentals in commercial real estate are just as competitive as residential. So this time has been used wisely to finally find and secure a lease on our new shop and Studio! We will be in Everton Park (about 2.8km from our current location).

Our official opening day will be Tuesday 4th March, stay tuned for the address and parking instructions!!!

We are so excited for a new year, new location and new products with some of our favourite brands!!! (more goodness from to come!!!)
