→ A full traditional Tri-Dosha Tantrik Yoga sequence
→ Pranayama (breathwork) for nervous system reset
→ Ancient Tantrik micro-meditations

I have been running these regular Ta**ra Yoga practice nights for nearly 5 years now. For most of that time at my beloved Haiku, that only held 14 people. I moved to the beautiful elements Yoga studio in Woolloongabba just 6 months ago…with more space for 20 people and so happy to see it now sold out - in person - the last two months 😊💜
