Hello beautiful people, I am an intuitive tarot reader and psychic medium and I am offering readings face to face (Brisbane, Australia) or online via zoom. My private readings usually go for an hour but allow for more time in case - I don’t mind spending the extra time to make sure that you have your message. 🌙  

I use a mixture of tools for my readings including tarot and oracle cards, singing

bowls, crystals, psychometry and charms. I can receive messages from passed loved ones or messages from your guides about your life direction and relationships. I aim to use my readings to leave you feeling liberated and confident about your path ahead. 💫

I also offer hands on and distance Reiki treatments. In my hands on Reiki sessions I spend time on various points on your body sending healing energy, working through any blockages and listening for messages from your guides which I will pass on to you at the end of our session.

Divine child with wisdom beyond her years, the old soul with deep knowing, dwells within our hearts. She urges you to commit to your most passionate inspirations, completely and without hesitation. They are genius and wisdom in what you yearn to do. You have a greater capacity to attain fruition than those around you recognise. Believe in yourself, even if no-one else does! It is not imagination that drives you toward your destiny, but an instinctive recognition of your true purpose. Validation from others will come later. Your path is authentic, and you are destined to succeed.

This aspect of Lalita Tripura Sundari, Sri Bala, translates as, ‘divine child’, or more specifically as, ‘God of the daughter’. It is far more commonplace for the divine child to be represented as male, and in numerous cultures, having a boy is considered particularly auspicious. So, Sri Bala is not only a celebration of the divine feminine child but an inversion of dominant cultural values. Her presence shakes up traditional power structure with her combination of innocence and fearlessness. It is my sense that there are emanations of Sri Bala in the form of particularly pure-hearted, fearless and empowered young women, speaking and acting for the protection fo the feminine in our world today, such as through environmental activism.

It is taught that Bala asks her goddess mother, Lalita, to allow her to join the battle against evil. She is so passionate to fulfil her inner yearning that her body cannot keep still! Lalita expresses her concern that Bala is still a chid, inexperienced, therefore potentially vulnerable. She frets at the thought of losing her daughter, especially when others could take her place on the battlefield. However, Bala petitions her mother again, asking to be allowed to express who she is. Lalita recognises her daughter’s determination and provides her with armour and her blessing, at which point, Bala kicks demon butt and saves the day. She conquers demons in an extremely difficult yet perfectly executed martial arts demonstration! Now that’s some serious girl power!

Sri Bala arises when we need to trust in what feels right on an inner level, not allowing a lack of external validation to deter us from our innate and authentic purpose. Muscle does not have to meet muscle. The strength of intention combined with pure and fearless commitment to our true nature is enough to change the course of what is happening. The mountain can be moved by faith the size of a mustard seed. At first, we may gain no support for our efforts. We must continue to apply ourselves and not give up on who we are and what we came to this planet to accomplish. In doing so, the power needed shall be divinely given. Public validation can come later, but we do not need it to accomplish what is required.

The tantras teach that Bala saw a battle unfolding, and what was necessary to attain success, with complete clarity. Adults ten to underestimate a child’s capacity to see what is going on. Yet the child is the unconditioned part of us, that part that sees things as they are. In a reading, the presence of Sri Bala implies that our instinctive desires to pursue a particular path of fulfilment and expression are authentic. The authentic path is the safest and most protected path we can take. It is the one on which we are closest to the Divine, to our true nature with all its wisdom, intuition and creative resourcefulness. We can more readily attract what we need, and things fall into place more effortlessly. It seems to be the opposite of playing it safe. Yet, the more we diverge from our authentic being, the more disconnected we are from our divine connection and the more danger we will encounter.

Breath keeps energy flowing through the body. When Bala declares that she wants to fight, it is the stirring of an honest and natural impulse within. To breathe is instinctive. the childlike wildness-unaffected, untamed - of Bala is the unconditioned self that knows how to move towards its natural fulfilment. Our minds may step in to say no, or to give reasons why it is not appropriate (like the unconventional notion of a little girl as a powerful, conquering war hero). Yet, the innate wisdom of the soul needs to be allowed to manifest. She is not fighting for the sake of it, she is fighting against the evil she sees. to allow for Sri Bala to arise within is to allow for the protective spirit that sees truthfully and acts with purity and fearless commitment to the path (even if our mother worries about our life choices at first!). The Divine Mother empowers her and, so too, empowers us to manifest our destinies with her help. Trust in your destiny. You are more than capable of the task for which your heart yearns.

We bring you the gift of heavenly mercy. As you grow spiritually, your energy field becomes more substantial. Your thoughts and actions carry more karmic weight in the world. As your power increases, your ability to do good increases too. Your positive words can have a potent effect on others. So too can the very human moments where you may be having an ‘off day’ and unintentionally respond to another in a way that is not unconditionally loving. We do not want you to be afraid of becoming powerful. We know that most often you are going to make a positive contribution with your power. We also know that sometimes you will wish you could ‘undo’ a choice you have made, and its effect. To help you, we offer our karmic protection, where the destructive impact of your actions is softened and the positive effect of your actions is enhanced. As you grow in power and impact, our gift of heavenly mercy will surround you, aligning your actions with divine will and blessing you, and all affected by you, with divine compassion.

As you grow spiritually, your energy field increases. There is a spiritual weight that is generated in the soul and it translates into your thoughts, words and actions carrying greater power, influence and impact in the world. Your thoughts can become more powerful in effect than the actions that some may take. Your feelings can become powerful enough to transform the energy of a room or even a group of people. Some advanced souls affect entire cities as they travel, their light triggering clearing and uplifting the entire frequency of that place. Where you impact might have been limited (though just as important) to having an effect on one person when you speak, the power of your increasing spiritual impact can cause the energy of your words to be broadcast far and wide throughout the inner planes. Those who are sensitive enough will be consciously able to see and feel you as they meditate or sleep. You will be working for the light even when you think you are not.

As you continue to embody more spiritual light, your energy field expands to accommodate it. Your ability to have an effect, simply through your presence, becomes increasingly tangible and far-reaching. This will only continue as you grow. You become increasingly like the sun, just shining whether others can always see or hear you consciously or not. You are there, giving light, radiant with higher consciousness and supporting life.

The sun is a life-giving force with both consciousness and power. Without it there is no life; yet without protection against it, it would be too powerful for life on Earth to thrive. The effect of its consciousness would be overwhelming, destructive. Earth has a massive energy field that helps filter the powerful light of the sun so there is a moderation of its power adjusting it so it can support life. There is no ill-intention in the sun. It is what it is; yet the strength of it needs softening to be of use to life on Earth. The divine quality that allows this to happen is heavenly mercy. It is the intelligent function of the Divine that blunts and absorbs impact, through various mechanisms of grace, so that divine power supports life.

As you grow in power, the Divine notices and offers you a gift of heavenly mercy. Mercy allows for the edges of your energy, your thoughts, your words to be softened. As your energy grows in power, what seems to be a gentle word to you, may seem much more aggressive or intimidating to another person who is not used to the same level of power. You will be supported by mercy as you learn how to manage the intensity of your energy so you do not unintentionally repel others when you ant to attract them to the light.

What would you do if you stepped into the burning sun on an exceptionally hot day and the power of it felt too much to bear? You would retreat into the darkness. It is a natural instinct. Is the sun loving you any less that day? Of course not. So you see, even higher consciousness - with its mighty power - can shine brighter than may be of benefit for another. This doesn’t mean you have to stop your growth, restrain your light or become afraid of the impact you are going to increasingly have in the world. It simply means that as you grow, you need to be aware that not everyone will be growing to tolerate higher frequencies at the intensity comfortable for you. The field of divine mercy will help you gain and wisely use all of the benefit of your increasing power for the greatest good, whilst ensuring that your efforts assist and attract others to the light, rather than overwhelm them.

In nature, there is night and day. The earthly part of your nature, your sacred animal body, needs a break from the light to absorb its life-giving properties and to integrate and heal itself. Mercy will give your body the spiritual shade it needs to recover from exposure to light which has become overwhelming. In that shade it can rest, recover and prepare to meet the light again, adapting at a gentler and more effective pace. Heavenly mercy will help you recover and repair yourself from your struggles whilst protecting you from too much, too soon. Then you will find in due course that what may have once seemed too much to handle, naturally becomes easier to successfully resolve.

What if? What else could be? Breaking down the rigid walls of expectation. Just because something has been does not indicate that it must continue in the same way. So dream a little and receive your spiritual gift.

🌿 A little about Ann’s session

One of the things I find so fascinating about kinesiology is the way we can explore the connection between what we experience emotionally and how the body responds physically.

In Ann’s session, we explored some long-held stress and patterns within the body, including a digestive balance. This can be particularly valuable when someone is experiencing ongoing digestive or autoimmune challenges, as the body’s systems are deeply interconnected.

Our digestive system can be incredibly responsive to the experiences we carry. Stress, overwhelm, emotional patterns and unresolved experiences can all influence how we feel within our bodies. Sometimes we know exactly what is weighing on us, and sometimes the body reveals patterns our conscious mind has stopped recognising.

Rather than looking at one symptom in isolation, kinesiology allows us to investigate these deeper connections through the body’s own feedback, exploring where support may be needed and how different physical, emotional and energetic layers may be connected.

For Ann, she described noticing that some of the patterns she had been dealing with for years simply weren’t crossing her mind in the same way anymore, alongside the shift she experienced after our session.

I think her words beautifully capture something I see again and again in this work: when we give the body an opportunity to be heard, sometimes the shift can be surprisingly profound.

Your soul is a divine creative fire. She wants to break free from what has been and give life to something new. You may experience this as feelings of restlessness, of being confined or as a craving for something more that you cannot quite articulate. Your soul doesn't want you to push that new life away. She wants you to embrace it. When you let go your inhibitions and freely express yourself, stagnant situations will be cleared out by the powerful release of your energy, which creates openness. Let your inner artist out to play in whatever way feels fun, raw and honest for you. It's time for you to experience something new.

You have the need and the ability for creative self-expression. Whether it's your look, your room, your art, your altar, your journal or your life, you need to be free to let the inspiration within find a way to take shape in the world. Some ideas will come together beautifully, straight away, and some will need to be revised or released completely, until you feel satisfied by the expression. Your creativity is most powerful and healing when it is true. It is not about someone else getting it, or reaching some imaginary standard of perfection or making a million dollars. The Universe has a beautiful plan for your life. When we honestly and creatively express ourselves, we are playing with the Universe and helping that beautiful plan to unfold. Some people won't understand the creative process, the importance of working from inner timing rather than external deadlines or learning to be comfortable in the mess of possibilities before the inspired idea reveals itself to you. They may question your sanity or tell you that you aren't living in the real world. You know that the world created from our hearts is more valuable, beautiful and real than any world created from fear. Creativity is such a gift; it is worth the price of being different and not always being understood. You are an inspiration. Don't hide your creative fire away. Let it burn bright and light up the world.

Believe that you can handle yourself and any situation that arises. Change your mind or your direction without hesitation based on what your intuition is telling you, at any moment. You will achieve when you head straight for the goal. As an emblem of success, Falcon heralds a victory, so commit yourself wholeheartedly and do not give up until you get to where you want to go.

Falcon signals that it is time to act as something is going to happen very soon. In its spectacular hunting dives, Falcon can travel at speeds of over 300 kilometres per hour (200mph). Falcon encourages the soul to be fearless in the pursuit of its goal and to be willing to take a freefall dive of faith without hesitation or distraction. Falcon teaches us that the ability to respond with wisdom and skill depends on how much attention we give a situation. When our energy flows in focused intent toward our aim, we cannot be stopped! Falcon wisdom is about seizing opportunity in the moment, with boldness, dedication and courage. Sometimes we hesitate out of concern that we may regret a choice. We cannot analyse all possibilities in advance nor feel completely ready for every scenario. Being confidently and thoroughly prepared for every opportunity is not realistic. Falcon’s long, narrow wing shape allows for swift and sudden changes in direction - even mid-flight at impressive speeds. Falcon teaches us to dive at impressive speeds. Falcon teaches us to dive in and respond instinctively to whatever happens next.

Falcon empowers us to take swift action and be direct in our approach. Being focused on our goals helps us to eschew procrastination and uncertainty in favour of boldness, clarity and faith that we can handle whatever arises. Through Falcon, we understand a realistic and confident assessment of our strengths and abilities will allow us to leap - alert, agile, aware of our surroundings and supported by our instincts.

There are times when it makes sense to be discrete, until you find your inner strength so that you feel empowered enough to share your thoughts, feelings and beliefs without wavering, even in the face of challenge by another. At other times, we benefit ourselves and others by taking a risk and allowing the inner lotus blossom of our true Self to shine forth, for all to behold.

Have you been hiding in the spiritual closet, beloved? Sometimes it makes sense to avoid sharing your thoughts and feelings about spiritual beliefs and other personal matters until they are clearer in your own mind. However there are also times when hiding your deepest truths away from the world will no longer protect you but actually hold you back from living your divine destiny, shining the lotus light of your own Soul and walking your path in the world.

This does not mean that you have to make a grand announcement (unless that is what is in your heart!) but it does suggest that there is something within you that you could share with another or be more open about in your life more generally. It might be a talk with a loved one about some significant feelings that you have kept to yourself or beginning to be more open about your beliefs and your abilities.
Once you put your energy into the world, you magnetically attract like-minded souls into your life which will then encourage you to share yourself even more. Don’t worry if there are those that seem to be challenged or threatened by your beliefs. They don’t have to have the same beliefs as you for you (and them) to be safe and loved and on the Spiritual Path (which is unique for all of us). You and others can benefit greatly from you staying true to your heart and at the same time, being open to the fact that they will have their own truths that may differ to yours, and that is just the way it is. You don’t have to convince others or be convinced of anything yourself, all you need to do is listen to your own heart.

If there is something that you have been holding within, you are guided to listen to your heart for the right time and best way to share it. Let the lotus light of your own heart, your own Soul, your own inner truths, shine openly, beloved. Be gentle with yourself and know that you have a right to be here on this planet in your own truth and that no matter what the response, whether a response of affirmation and love, or a response of discomfort, your truth serves the greater good. Trust in the strength of this lotus light shining. It is more powerful than fear or doubt. It will light your way more deeply on to your spiritual path of peace, purpose and power.
