We are very lucky to have coach Jo spending some time here at the Mt Gravatt club! She is a coach at Jetts Fortitude Valley usually and spending a couple of days per week at Mt Gravatt offering female specific coaching and body scan appointments!

Here is a little intro from her:

✨I am a passionate personal trainer with a background in the insurance industry, where I gained valuable knowledge in personal injury management and safe exercise practices. I believe exercise is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing. I bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and supportive approach to every session. Currently, I am expanding my skills in strength and conditioning, pre- and post-natal training, and completing my Pilates Level 1 Mat Instructor course to deliver balanced and effective programs tailored to individual needs✨
